ThermoExpress is a community project for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, run by and for its members as a hobby, not a registered commercial business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SCS Software, TruckersMP, Discord Inc., Valve/Steam, or Spotify AB.
One account, kept accurate.
- You need a Discord account to sign in, and you must be able to comply with Discord's own terms and minimum age requirements.
- Driver applications may require a minimum amount of verifiable ETS2/ATS playtime, checked through your connected Steam profile.
- Keep one ThermoExpress account per person, and keep the information on it accurate.
- You're responsible for anything that happens through your account, so keep your Discord login and any two-factor codes to yourself.
Discord, Steam and Spotify stay optional beyond sign-in.
Connecting Steam (for eligibility checks) or Spotify (for the Music Lounge) is optional and only unlocks the corresponding feature. You can disconnect either at any time from that service's own account settings. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what each connection reads.
We only request the minimum access each feature needs — read-only profile, listening and playtime data — and never request permission to post, purchase, or change anything on your linked accounts.
Drive clean, keep it fair.
- Don't misrepresent your identity, playtime, or route history.
- Don't attempt to access another member's account, tokens, or staff-only areas of the Driver Hub.
- Don't use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or abuse other members.
- Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the site, API, or client outside of normal use.
- Follow the in-game freight speed limit and other operational rules described in the driver documentation while driving under the ThermoExpress banner.
Your content, our branding.
You keep ownership of anything you submit (application answers, messages, clips). By submitting it, you allow ThermoExpress to store and display it back to you and, where the feature is inherently shared, to other members (for example, the leaderboard or a convoy roster).
The ThermoExpress name, logo and site design belong to the project and may not be reused to imply an official affiliation without permission.
Best-effort, community-run infrastructure.
ThermoExpress is maintained by community members outside of any commercial obligation. We do our best to keep the site, Driver Hub and client available and to keep your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and features depending on Discord, Steam or Spotify can be affected by outages or changes on their end that are outside our control.
Membership can end on either side.
Founder or Administration may suspend or remove an account for breaching these terms, the driver documentation, or company conduct expectations. You can leave at any time and ask us, via Contact HR, to remove your account and stored data.
Provided as-is, in good faith.
The ThermoExpress site, Driver Hub and client are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, as a hobby project. To the extent permitted by law, ThermoExpress and its members aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues caused by third-party services we integrate with (Discord, Steam, Spotify) but don't control.
We'll update this page when things change.
As ThermoExpress adds or changes features, we may update these terms. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you disagree with a change, you can stop using the platform and ask us to remove your account.
